Did you know that there were Horse and Carriage rides while the Light Up Okotoks event was taking place? We didn't manage to get on one of the rides, as the lines were far too long when we were there, but it certainly was nice to see the horses. I have had a couple of horses throughout my life so I must admit that I am very impartial towards then, towards most all animals I guess one could say. I always like to have animals in pairs so that they have a like friend that they can hang out with, especially if they are an animal that naturally are known to do best in groups, herds or whatever a person wants to call it, it all depends on the number of animals what the group would be called.
