Exploring the Canadian Rockies Kananaskis Country

We are fortunate enough to live within a couple hour drive of the Canadian Rockies, which leads us to Kananaskis country. In this video we are showing a few quick views of some of the best that we saw when we were last out there exploring the natural beauty that is right on our doorstep.
There are many things in life that can bring you down, but being out in nature is certainly not an experience that is likely to do that. Step away from the stress of daily life, go outside and get back to nature and all of the splendour that she has to offer.

Canadian Rockies for the day? Well first off, make sure you pack yourself a fantastic picnic lunch, bring plenty of fluids. Put on some good hiking shoes and all of the safety preps needed for when going out into nature. There could be cougars, bears or other wildlife, and don't forget there is open grazing land in Kananaskis Country as well, so be prepared for cattle guards and cows.
